DIY Solar Light Christmas Upgrade
For these particular lights, use the process..
1) draw circle on the transparency film – top of spray paint can is the right size for these particular lights
2) cut out the film
3) use permanent marker to color the film
4) attach double sided tape to the colored side of film – two small short pieces – so the light path is not impinged
5) attach to the face of the solar light
